Abstract: Lietuvos Kino Studijos (LKS) sukūrimas tapo puikia pradžia lietuviško kino atsiradimui bei vystymuisi.
The establishment of the Lithuanian Cinema Studio became a great start for the emergence and development of Lithuanian cinema. The archives of the cinema studio have remained like a yearbook, allowing us to look at where the creative activity of the cinema studio began and how it changed as the systems changed. The legacy of the Lithuanian Cinema Studio provides an opportunity to look not only at Soviet cinema, but also at the short period when Nazi propaganda films were made in the same place after the German occupation of Lithuania.
