Bogatyriova, Viktorija |
Positive and Negative Affect Schedule – Expanded Form) klausimyno (D. Watson, L. A. Clark – 1999 m.).
The aim of the study was assess associations between positive and negative affects with snacking frequency in the sample of students. The subject of the study were 140 students (39 vmen ir 101 women). Age of subjects fluctuated from 19 to 32 years old (22,77 ± 2,607) Lithuanian university students. 3 subjects (2 women and 1 man) did not meet all study criteria. Further calculations were performed with 137 subjects. 75.9 percent. (n = 104) of all subjects are bachelor, 10.2 percent. (n = 14) professional bachelor and 13.9 percent. (n = 19) master's degree students. Also, about half of the respondents (48.9%, n = 67) combine studies with job, while the rest (51.1%, n = 70) only study. A survey, which was used in this study, consists of sociodemografic questions Core-Q (Core Questionnaire) and PANAS – X (Positive and Negative Affect Schedule – Expanded Form) questionnaire (D. Watson, L. A. Clark – 1999 m.). The results of the study showed that the responses of men and women differ on a positive emotionality scale. For this reason, the hypotheses were tested separately in the male and female groups. The results obtained showed that negative emotionality and snacking on unhealthy products were associated in the male sample. Also, positive emotionality is associated with eating healthy foods.
