Abstract
In order to enable the mother and ensure the child's protection to grow up in the family, it is important to observe the predominant connection between woman and mother, which leads to important further empowerment and guidelines for the intervention process. To achieve that mothers are able to fully secure children security and the opportunity for them to grow up at home, there is an important task for the social worker - enabling the mother to take full responsibility for the children by entering into a cooperative relationship security. Establishing a collaborative relationship on child protection is becoming an important dilemma for the employee. The study raised the question of what opportunities to uncover has a social worker to empower mothers who have lost a child due to violations of the rights of the child care. The object of the research is mothers who have lost custody of a child due to violations of children's rights reconstruction of empowerment experience. The purpose of the study is to reveal the rights of mothers to children reconstructions of experiences of enabling violations that have lost child custody. The study raised tasks: 1) To describe how the mother identifies the reasons for becoming a social worker customer; 2) To describe how the mother constructs a process of change in interaction with the social workers; 3) To reveal how the mother describes the change achieved during the assistance process. To reveal the empowerment of mothers, who have violated the rights of the child, who has lost custody of the child a qualitative study was conducted on the reconstructions of the experience. Selected semi-structured interview method. The methodological methodology of the underlying theory was chosen for the data analysis strategy. Study participants - 7 mothers who were or have lost custody of the child. Research analysis of the data revealed that at the beginning of the social worker intervention all mothers, regardless of the complexity of the problem at hand, are unaware of the obstacles that arise interfering with the full well-being of the child. Both alcohol consumption and self focusing on the role of the partner rather than the mother is not recognized as an obstacle to being able to provide opportunity for the child to grow up in a family. Perception of reason becomes apparent only to those mothers who perceives herself as a mother who can ensure the well-being of the child rather than giving priority to a partner role. The mother identifies the assistance offered by the social worker as requirements that are performed passively without benefit. Intervention becomes like a simulation activity to achieve avoidance of real change. Empowerment is achieved through a change in behavior, not in thinking. The change achieved is described as the acceptance of the role of the mother and the desire to improve the relationship with children. Based on the research data, the paper provides recommendations for social trainees working with mothers, social policy makers and future researchers.
