Vaikų dienos centruose teikiamos mokymo(si) pagalbos būdai socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems vaikams

Vaikų dienos centrai vykdo daug įvairių veiklų, tarp jų padeda vaikams ruošti namų darbus ir teikia kitą mokymo(si) pagalbą. Bakalauro darbe apibrėžiamos vaikų dienos centrų, jų paskirties, socialinę atskirtį patiriančių vaikų bei mokymo(si) pagalbos sampratos. Baigiamojo bakalauro darbo (tema – vaikų dienos centruose teikiamos mokymo(si) pagabos būdai socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems vaikams) tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti vaikų dienos centrų darbuotojų veiklos galimybes teikiant mokymo(si) pagalbą. Tikslui pasiekti numatyti šie uždaviniai: 1) Apibrėžti vaikų dienos centrų bei socialinę atskirtį patiriančių vaikų sampratas; 2) Aprašyti mokymo(si) pagalbos galimybes vaikų dienos centruose; 3) Atskleisti vaikų dienos centrų darbuotojų teikiamos mokymo(si) pagalbos galimybes; 4) Išryškinti vaikų dienos centrų darbuotojų sėkmingus mokymosi pagalbos atvejus. Tikslui pasiekti buvo atlikta mokslinės literatūros ir teisės aktų analizė bei taikytas kokybinio tyrimo metodas. Struktūruoto interviu apklausti 5 X rajono VDC darbuotojai. Interviu gauti duomenys apdoroti kokybinės turinio analizės metodu, išskiriant kategorijas ir subkategorijas. Teorinė ir empirinė duomenų analizė atskleidė, kad VDC, teikdami kompleksinę pagalbą socialinę atskirtį patiriančioms šeimoms bei jų vaikams, siekia atitraukti vaikus nuo neigiamos socialinės aplinkos bei ugdyti jų atsparumą socialinės rizikos veiksniams. Viena iš pagrindinių VDC teikiamų pagalbų – mokymosi pagalba, kuriai priskiriama pamokų ruoša bei mokymosi motyvacijos stiprinimas. Tyrimo duomenų analizė pagrindė mokymosi pagalbos teikimo poreikį ir pobūdį vaikų dienos centruose bei išskyrė nuotolinės mokymosi pagalbos teikimo pobūdį, esant ekstremaliai situacijai. Tyrime išskirti sėkmingi kokybiškos mokymosi pagalbos atvejai, kuriuos nurodė tyrime dalyvavusių vaikų dienos centrų darbuotojai, rodo, kad vaikuose vyksta pozityvūs pokyčiai. VDC misija tampa vis svarbesnė, nes jie sugeba prisitaikyti prie besikeičiančių aplinkybių ir kylančių iššūkių ir toliau dirba vaiko gerovei.
Children day care centres carry out many activities, including helping children with their homework and providing other learning support. Concepts of children day care centres, their purpose, children of social exclusion and learning support are defined in this Bachelor‘s thesis. The aim of research of the Bachelor‘s thesis (topic - Forms of Learning Support provided by Children Day Care Centres for Children of Social Exclusion) is to reveal the possibilities of activities of providing learning support by children day dare centres employees. The objectives of this thesis are: 1) To describe the concept of children day care centres and children of social exclusion; 2) To describe the possibilities of learning support at children day care centres; 3) To reveal the possibilities of learning support provided by the employees of children day centres; 4) To highlight successful cases of learning support provided by children day care centre employees. To reach the goal of this study theoretical (analysis of scientific literature and legislation) and empirical – qualitative research method (structured interview) were used. 5 children day care centres employees from X municipality were questioned. Data retrieved from interviews was processed by theoretical content analysis method, distinguishing categories and subcategories. Theoretical and empirical data analysis revealed that, while providing families and children that are at social exclusion with complex assistance, children day care centres aim to retrieve children from negative social environment and develop their resistance to social risk factors. One of the main supports provided by children day care centres – learning support. It includes homework and strengthening learning motivation. Analysis of research data proved the need of providing learning support and it‘s forms at children day care centres and revelead the form of providing remote learning support, while being at extreme situation. Successful cases of provided high quality learning support were revealed by the employees of children day care centres. Successful case are important as they show the positive changes that are happening in children‘s lives. The mission of children day care centres is becoming more important as they manage to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges and continue to work for children‘s welfare.
