Research place: Vytautas Magnus University, Agricultural Academy test station. Object of research: Winter wheat crop. Biological preparations and their mixtures were applied using different tillage technologies. Research aim and objectives: to determine the influence of biological products on soil properties and to compare the performance of different preparations using zero tillage and no-till technologies. To identify the influence of used biological preparations on the agrochemical properties of the soil, CO2 emission, the abundance of microorganisms, the influence on plant yield. Research methods: Soil agrochemical analyzes were performed in the chemical research laboratory of the LAMMC Institute of Agriculture, IRGA method was used to determine CO2 emissions. Also, microorganism biomass and yield of winter wheat were evaluated. Research results: Although insignificantly, in most fields, the amount of soluble carbon increased, compared to the used nitrogen for mineralization. All variants contributed to the increase in humus, and after the mixture of Ruinex and Azofix in the zero tillage system, significantly more humus was detected. At the beginning of vegetation, in disk harrowing system, biological preparations had only a 3,4 percent bigger influence on CO2 emissions. CO2 emissions intensified in the middle of vegetation and in many cases CO2 emissions were more intense in the background of disk harrowing technology. The biomass of soil microorganisms in the studied soil (up to 10 cm depth) changed from 230 to 334 µg g-1). The yield of winter wheat were better against nitrogen when the biological preparations were used.
