Darbo aplinkos gerinimas siekiant darbuotojų lojalumo UAB „SRS servisas“ atveju

Šio baigiamojo darbo problema – kaip pagerinti darbo aplinką siekiant darbuotojų lojalumo UAB „SRS servisas“ atveju. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys: pirmojoje dalyje nagrinėjami teoriniai aspektai, kurie susiję su darbo aplinka organizacijose, darbuotojų lojalumo samprata bei sąsajos tarp darbo aplinkos ir darbuotojų lojalumo. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma įmonės charakteristika, atliekamas tyrimas nagrinėjamoje įmonėje ir pateikiami gauti kiekybinio, kokybinio tyrimų ir stebėjimo metodo rezultatai. Tyrimo rezultatų duomenimis, įmonėje trūksta ergonomiškos įrangos darbuotojams, poilsio/žaidimų kambario, tinkamos darbo užmokesčio sistemos, karjeros galimybių įmonėje, rezultatai parodė, kad darbas vienoje patalpoje su daug darbuotojų sukelia papildomų sunkumų ir įmonėje vyrauja prastas mikroklimatas. Projektinėje darbo dalyje, pagal gautus tyrimų rezultatus pateikiamos siūlomos darbo aplinkos gerinimo galimybės: ergonomiškos įrangos įsigijimas, poilsio ir žaidimo erdvių įrengimas, darbo užmokesčio sistemos tobulinimas, mikroklimato tyrimas, darbo erdvių paskirstymas.
The main purpose of this graduation thesis is how to improve working environment in order to ensure “SRS servisas” employees’ loyalty. It is divided into three pillars: the first one approaches theorical aspects of working environment in organizations, definition on what consists employees’ loyalty and establishes connection between working environment and employees’ loyalty. The second pillar focuses on analytics by detailing characteristics of the company, running an investigation in a company and analysing results obtained by investigation which allow to extract quantitative and qualitative conclusions. The results achieved showed that the company lacks ergonomic equipment for employees’, rooms destined to rest, fair salaries system and career possibilities. Outcome of investigation also revealed that working in a space which contains a high number of employees’ causes additional difficulties and results in a worse atmosphere. The third and last pillar suggests solutions to improve negative results obtained by investigation such as: purchasing ergonomic equipment, designing an area destined to rest, developing a better salaries system, boosting working atmosphere and distribution of workplaces.
