Learning the Nuclear: Educational Tourism in the (Post)Industrial Sites
Edukaciniam turizmui skirtas virtualių seminarų ciklas „Educational mobility and tourism“, subūrė mokslininkus iš Prancūzijos, Lietuvos, Šveicarijos, Japonijos, Serbijos ir Indijos aptari skirtingus edukacinio turizmo sektorius. Seminare „Learning the Nuclear: Educational Tourism in the (Post)Industrial Sites“ Vytauto Didžiojo universiteto projekto EDUATOM vadovė prof. dr. Natalija Mažeikienė pristatė atominio turizmo plėtojimą Ignalinos atominės elektrinės regione ir tyrėjų komandos tarptautinėje leidykloje „Peter Lang“ išleistą knygą „Learning the Nuclear: Educational Tourism in (Post)Industrial Sites“.
The Educational mobility and tourism virtual seminar series brought together researchers from France, Lithuania, Switzerland, Japan, Serbia and India to discuss different sectors of educational tourism. In the seminar "Learning the Nuclear: Educational Tourism in the (Post)Industrial Sites", Prof. Dr. Natalija Mažeikienė, project leader of the EDUATOM project at Vytautas Magnus University, presented the development of nuclear tourism in the Ignalina Nuclear power plant region and the book "Learning the Nuclear: Educational Tourism in the (Post)Industrial Sites", published by the research team of the Peter Lang International publishing house.
