Sustabdytos gyvenimo akimirkos
Vytauto Didžiojo universitete prie V. Biržiškos skaityklos (K. Donelaičio g. 52, II a. fojė) eksponuota kilnojamoji Sauliaus Sasnausko fotografijų paroda „Sustabdytos gyvenimo akimirkos“ – Lietuvos kultūros žmonių portretai. Saulius Sasnauskas gimė 1957 m. gegužės 28 d. Vilniuje. 1977 metais baigė 47-ąją Vilniaus technikos mokyklą ir įgijo fotografo specialybę. 1986-1991 metais studijavo Vilniaus pedagoginio instituto Gamtos mokslo fakultete geografiją. 1995 metais Sauliui Sasnauskui baigus magistratūros mokslus Vilniaus pedagoginiame universitete, jam suteiktas gamtos mokslų magistro laipsnis. Nuo 1997 m. S. Sasnauskas periodiškai gyvena Jungtinėse Amerikos Valstijose, daug keliauja.
Sauliaus Sasnausko fotografijos publikuotos Čikagos lietuvių dienraštyje „Draugas“. 2001-2002 m., 2004-2005 metais dalyvavo lietuvių fotografų grupinėse parodose Čikagoje. Nuo 2007 m. bendradarbiauja su savaitraščiu „Amerikos lietuvis“.
2003 metais S. Sasnausko personalinė paroda surengta Vilniaus Pranciškaus Skorinos vidurinėje mokykloje, o 2003 ir 2004 metais – Naujininkų vidurinėje mokykloje. Rugsėjo 11-osios JAV įvykiams atminti 2004 metais buvo surengta paroda Vilniaus miesto savivaldybėje. Nuo 2004 iki 2006 metų Sauliaus Sasnausko fotoreportažai ir atskiros meninės fotografijos buvo spausdinami dienraštyje „Lietuvos aidas“ bei kituose leidiniuose. 2005 metais Europos geografinio centro patalpose buvo surengtos Sauliaus Sasnausko penkios fotografijų parodos: „JAV miestai ir nacionaliniai parkai“ ir „Kelionės, kelionės – Egiptas ir Ispanija“, „Tunisas“, „Turkija“, „Menininkų portretai“.
