Monastinis gyvenimas Lietuvoje: istorija ir perspektyvos
Vytauto Didžiojo universiteto mokslinių tyrimų klasteris „Bažnyčios santykiai su valstybe ir visuomene Lietuvoje“ surengė tarptautinę mokslinę konferenciją skirta 400 metų Kauno seserų benediktinių vienuolyno fundacijos jubiliejui. Šis klasteris tyrinėja Tridento susirinkimo nutarimų įgyvendinimo Lietuvoje specifiką, dvasininkijos santykius su bajorija, miestiečiais ir valstietija Lietuvos Didžiosios Kunigaikštystės gyvavimo laikotarpiu, dvasininkų ir pasauliečių santykius teisiniu – kriminaliniu aspektu, mariologinius Lietuvos meno siužetus, etnokrikščioniškąją Lietuvos ir kaimyninių šalių kultūrą. Klasterio tikslas – vykdyti Lietuvos krikščioniškų bažnyčių santykių su valstybe ir visuomene tyrimus praeityje ir dabartyje. Tyrimų objektas koncentruojamas į Vidurio Lietuvos ir Sūduvos regionus.
The Vytautas Magnus University Research Cluster "Relations of the Church with the State and Society in Lithuania" organised an international scientific conference dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the foundation of the Kaunas Benedictine Sisters Monastery. This cluster studies the specifics of the implementation of the resolutions of the Council of Trent in Lithuania, the relations of the clergy with the nobility, the townspeople and the peasantry during the existence of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the relations between the clergy and the laity from a legal-criminal perspective, the Mariological themes of the Lithuanian art, the ethno-Christian culture of Lithuania and neighbouring countries. The aim of the cluster is to carry out research on the relations of Lithuanian Christian churches with the state and society in the past and present. The object of the research is focused on the regions of Central Lithuania and Sūdava.
