    research article[2014][S5][S006][5]

Perfectionism – personality trait characterized by high personal standarts and self-criticism. Previous research‘s showed that maladaptive perfectionism is related with higher distress level(Eum, Rice 2011). Relations with adaptive perfectionism isn‘t clear – Weiner and Carton (2012) says that high personal standarts are related with lower distress level, but Dunn at al. (2006) says that in high tension situations high personal standarts become maladaptive and increase anxiety level. The aim of this research is to identify perfectionism aspects influence on test anxiety. In study participated 109 students from Vytautus Magnus university from which 96 (88,1%) was women and 13 (11,9%) was man. Respodents mean age - 20±2. Research instrument was made from The Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, (Frost, Marten, Lahart & Rosenblate, 1990) and Test Anxiety inventory (C.D. Spilberger, 1980). Respondent‘s completed survey at lectures time. For statistical analysis was chosen univariate general linear model (Anova). Results revealed that higher test anxiety is related with higher parents pressure, concern and doubts (about actions). Also results revealed that adaptive perfectionism (personal standards and organisation) overlaps with maladaptive perfectionism (parents pressure and concern and doubts about actions).
