Abstract: Straipsnyje nagrinėjami 1990-2002 metais sukurti Lietuvos dramos teatrų spektakliai. Tyrimo objektas - sakraliniai motyvai profesionaliojo teatro pastatymuose. Spektakliai aptariami atsižvelgiant į sakralinio teatro istorijos ir teorijos kontekstą, lyginant šiuolaikinę asmens laikyseną metafizinio pasaulio atžvilgiu su jėzuitų baroko teatre susiformavusia Theatrum mundi samprata. Lietuvos dramos teatrų spektakliuose išskiriami tylos ir erdvės meditacijos motyvai, aptariama sakraliosios ir profaniškosios erdvės opozicija, išskiriamas pagrindinis aptariamuosiuose spektakliuose išryškėjęs tamsiosios nakties motyvas, apibūdinantis religinio tapatumo paieškas. Darbo metodas - lyginamasis.
The present article analyzes Lithuanian drama productions of years 1990-2002. It focuses on sacral aspects in professional theatre performances. The productions are viewed within the historical and theoretical context of sacral theatre, and comparisons are drawn between the modern man's attitude towards the realm of metaphysics and the concept of Theatrum Mundi, formed by the Jesuit baroque theatre. The motifs of silence and space meditation are singled out in performances of Lithuanian drama theatres, the opposition of sacral space versus its profane counterpart is discussed, and the image of dark night, apparent in the productions in question, is emphasized as the leading aspect characteristic of the search for religious identity. The article is based on comparative method.
