Abstract

The aim of consulting is to help to solve the problem of the client. The agricultural consulting is one of the political measures that the government can use in order to stimulate the development of agriculture. Improving the work of consultant is very important to give attention at ability of consultant to gain farmer's confidence, his wish to improve himself communicating to farmers, different science institutions, personal consultant's characteristics. The consultant has to organise the different courses, seminars, agricultural exibitions, to stimulate farmers' interests in innovations.
