Mulberry is one of the most beneficial trees (Kalia et al., 2009). It has been reported that white mulberry leaves have great diversity of nutritive compounds such as protein, vitamins, minerals, amino acids (Butt et al., 2008; Radojković et al., 2014) and bioactive compounds, such as chlorogenic acid, rutin, isoquercetin, astragalin (Kobayashi et al., 2015; Levickienė et al., 2017; Sugiyama et al., 2017). Environment, genetics, and farming practices have a significant impact on the phytochemical profile of plants. The main objectives of biodynamic farms are to protect biodiversity by natural way, to maintain and increase soil fertility and biological activity (Thun, 1999). The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of biodynamic preparations 500 and 501 on the variation of essential and non-essential amino acids contents in white mulberry leaves as influenced by their harvest month.
