An important factor of quality of modern studies is the lecturer's educational competence. The lecturer's educational competence is the expression of scientific and discipline qualification determined by his knowledge, know-how, skills, viewpoints and personal characteristics. This competence manifests in the spheres of didactics, psychology and training process. Today the lecturer's educational competence is improved when the lecturer participates in courses, seminars, conferences organized by his higher educational institution and also by higher educational institutions of foreign countries.
