The article investigates some possibilities of Art methods (art, fairy-tales, music, movement, drama etc.) using during the lectures of "Psychology of Creativity" (32 hours in total). The aims of article: 1) to represent and analyze possibilities of Art methods as well as other active methods used during the lectures of psychology. The main attention was drawn to enhancing awareness of the own creativity of students and encourage to explore it in their professional and personal life. 2) to represent the case study in accordance with students interview, observation, students works (documents) and analysis of student's reflections. The object of the research: the students' experience gained during the course of psychology using the active methods (also Art therapy methods). The methods of the research: indirect qualitative research — case study, interview, observation, works (documents) and reflections analysis. Participants: Siauliai University students (N=6) of Special Pedagogy speciality, (specialization of Art Therapy), MA studies (mean age - 30 years old). These students attended lectures on the psychology of creativity. The course was held of 2013, autumn semester. The analysis of the results of the qualitative research (case study) revealed that the most important aspects of this course during the lectures for the students were these: 1) good and safe atmosphere; 2) possibility to get practical skills and knowledge; 3) importance of reflection. The most important thing for the students was good and safe atmosphere of the lectures as well as methods, which encouraged to experiment and be open with the group members. The practical aspects and usefulness of the course was also evaluated. The important part of the learning was the methods of reflection which helped to be more aware about creativity. This experience will be very important in the future professional and personal life.
