Abstract: The analysis of the Polish classics of the second half of the 19 century and of the turn of the 19 and 20 centuries (Ozeshko, Prus, Senkevich, Pshybyshevski) in the context of Dostoyevkys's poetry reveals the presence of the code of literary-esthetic forms and the dominants such as polyphony, psychological analysis similar to Z. Freud's, etc., which are close to the author of The Devils. There appear new perspectives of interpretation of the literary works, which traditionally have been placed in the periphery of analytical research in Polish literary studies. These are Ozesko's The Ascetic, Prus' The Children and Pshybyshevsky's Satan's Children
