Theoretical analysis of literature on questions regarding communication and cooperation of educators and parents revealed that parents' relations with educators depend on their intercommunication, harmonisation of attitudes and potential to influence. Results of the research. The hypothesis raised in the initial phase of the research was partially confirmed: educators of particular pre-school education institutions do not allocate much attention to search for more efficient forms of communication with minority language parents due to an intensive pedagogical load, inappropriate theoretical and practical knowledge of problems; however under more intensive and thoughtful management of this sector may initiate educators to organise more efficient cooperation with parents, who would, consequently, become more active and inquisitive. During the questionnaire survey of parents it was established that the most favourite forms of communication with kindergarten educators comprise individual conversations and meetings of group parents. On the basis of interviews with kindergarten educators, it can be stated that the parents in the experiment, due to their insufficient knowledge of the Lithuanian language, do not show initiative and avoid expression of their opinion, even though they participate in group meetings.
