dc.description.abstractTekstilės dažų gamybos metu sukuriami dideli nuotekų kiekiai, kurie sukelia rimtas pasaulinio masto aplinkosaugos problemas. Ekologiškas ir taupus šių problemų sprendimo būdas yra mikrobiologinis dažų skaidymas. Šio tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti baltojo puvinio grybo Irpex lacteus VMU003 peroksidazių gebėjimą skaidyti tekstilės dažus in vitro sąlygomis. I. lacteus skaidymas buvo įvertintas pridėjus į salyko ekstrakto agaro terpę 6 skirtingų tekstilės dažų priedus, o rezultatai gauti įvertinant plika akimi matomus pokyčius ir kartu atlikti tyrimai su vieno pasirinkto dažo priedu į mitybine terpe, dažo dedant tris skirtingas koncentracijas ir rezultatai gauti atliekant UV – Vis spektrofotometrinę analizę. Pastebėta, kad grybas gebėjo suskaidyti visus tikrintus tekstilės dažus per 7 dienas, o skystoje terpėje iki 99 % panaikino esančio dažo spalvą. Siekiant kiekybiškai įvertinti Irpex lacteus VMU003 gebą skaidyti bei norint palyginti su kitomis grybų kultūromis reikalingi tolimesni tyrimailt
dc.description.abstractThe textile dye manufacturing generates large amounts of effluents responsible for severe environmental problems worldwide. An eco-friendly and cost-effective approach consists in the microbiological degradation. This study is focused on the in vitro evaluation of the ability of the peroxidases producing white rot fungus Irpex lacteus VMU003 to biodegrade textile dyes. The decolorization by I. lacteus of a set of malt extract agar media supplemented by 6 different textile dyes was assessed by visual evaluation and a test color in liquid medium at 3 different concentrations by means of UV-vis spectrophotometric analysis. The investigated fungal strain demonstrated to possess the ability to decolorize all the tested textile dyes within 7 days in the tested conditions and concentrations, and up to 99% the test color in the liquid medium. Further studies are needed to quantitively evaluate the degradation ability of I. lacteus VMU003 and to compare it to the one of other strainsen
