Abstract: Main objective was to evaluate biocatalyst (Novozym 435, Lipozyme 435, Lipozyme RM IM, Lipozyme TL IM, Lipase F-EC, Lipolase 100L, Lecitase Ultra, Resinase A 2X, Lipozyme CALB, Palatase 20000L, Lipozyme TL 100L, Lipex 100L) efficiency on transesterification process. Research show that most efficient enzyme was Lipozyme RM IM. Later objective was to evaluate most efficient conditions for transesterification process. Best result was obtained when biocatalyst concentration was 10%, temperature – 40 C, poultry fat and butanol molar ratio – 1:7, process duration – 24 h
