Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of preparation Albit on photosynthetic pigments in maize during drought stress. The experiments were carried out in the Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology of Aleksandras Stulginskis University in 2014–2015. Drought conditions reduced the chlorophyll a and carotenoids in leaves of maize. One-time use Albit preparation did not affect chlorophyll b and carotenoids contents after 5–20 days of drought and chlorophyll a content after 5 and 10 days of drought. Twice used product Albit substantially increased photosynthetic pigment accumulation in maize plants during drought
