The aim of investigation was determine and compare chicory forcing time influence on the chicory yield quality. The experiments were caried out in 2014–2015 in farm at Vilkaviskis field and in the laboratory of Experimental Station of Aleksandras Stulginskis University. The biggest total yield (22.9 kg m-2) of chicories chicons forcing in the second month after harvesting (2015-01- 19). The most intensive grew chicons forcing in the second month after harvesting (2015-01-19) (grew four weeks). The longest of forcing time (grew seven weeks) was forcing immediately after harvesting (2014-11-09). The biggest amount of dry matter (10.9%) and potassium (2523.8 mg kg-1) was determined in chicories chicons forcing immediately after harvesting (2014-11-09). The biggest amount of ascorbic acid (34.8 mg kg-1) was determined in chicories chicons forcing in the second month after harvesting (2015-01-19). The smallest amount of nitrates (7.8 mg kg-1) was determined in chicories chicons forcing immediately after harvesting.
