Abstract (en)
Research was investigated during 2014–2016 at the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology from Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry Institute of Horticulture. We investigated the effect of different cytokines for black currant cultivar ʹGagataiʹ in microshoots regeneration and the effect of different ISR concentration for rhysogenesis. The results of research for black currant cultivar ʹGagataiʹ indicates that optimal MS medium is supplement 0,75 mg l-1 BAP for microshoots regeneration. Optimal MS medium for rhysogenesis is ½ MS medium with ISR 2,4 mgl-1 concentration.
