The main objective was to evaluate the influence of the fertilizers asparagus shoots in yield and quality. The work presents the asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.) biometric measurements (shoot length, diameter, cm). Investigations were carried out 2014–2015 years, asparagus nursery for collection. An experiment of two factors: Factor A - asparagus varieties of factor B - fertilization. It was found that reliably largest total harvest asparagus shoots (3534.8 kg ha-1) was obtained fertilization 'Gijnlim' variety asparagus carbamide, while the highest overall reliability 'Avalim' varieties of asparagus yield (2687.8 kg ha-1) is set fertilized with carbamide. Minimum brand asparagus shoots yield (3173.4 kg ha-1) established a variety of 'Gijnlim' fertilized with carbamide and Humistar. The biggest 'Avalim' varieties of asparagus marketable yield (2426.8 kg ha-1) is set fertilized with carbamide provides that a substantial impact on the sales of shoots fertility fertilization had asparagus and a variety of features. It was found that the longest shoots (25.12 cm) formed 'Gijnlim' asparagus varieties, application of carbamide and Humistar on the track. The longest 'Avalim' varieties of asparagus shoots (23.32 cm) to determine the control variant. The highest average shoot diameter (1.77 cm) set 'Avalim' varieties of asparagus, application of ammonium nitrate.
