Abstract: Were studied phytohormones influence of roots induction in vitro. Investigate four Plum varietes ʻEdinburginėʼ, ʻAžano vengrinėʼ, ʻMagna Glaucaʼ, ʻČačanska Včesnaʼ ant 5 ISR concentration (0; 0,6; 1,2; 1,8; 2,4 mg l-1). To volue the dwo rhysogenesis indicators number and length of roots. The results showed that number ant length of roots depends on ISR concentration ant Plum variety. The number of roots optimal ISR concentratio in culture medium is 1,8 mg l-1, length or roots ISR 2,4 mg l-1
