Abstract: In recent years, more and more talks about the negative impact of pesticides on the environment. The intensive use of plant protection products deteriorating soil conditions by destroying soil pathogens. Over time, the soil starts to degrade. This raises the question of what measures to revive the soil and how to save the plant productivity. It is no coincidence that biological products gaining popularity. M0 I0 – control; N8 I0 – compensating nitrogen 8 kg ton of straw; H0,5 I0 – Humifiksator 0.5 l ton of straw; M0RbL – seed treated Rizobakt 0.3 l t and Lignohumat 0,2 l t , plants sprayed spring tillering stage Rizobakt 0.1 l ha Lignohumat 0.2 l ha; N8RbL - compensating nitrogen 8 kg of tons of straw, seed treatment Rizobakt 0.3 l t and Lignohumat 0,2 l t, plants sprayed spring tillering stage Rizobakt 0.1 l ha and Lignohumat 0,2 l ha; H0,5RbL - Humifiksator 0,5 l tons of straw, seed treatment Rizobakt 0.3 l t and Lignohumat 0,2 l ha plants sprayed spring tillering stage Rizobakt 0.1 l ha Lignohumat 0.2 l ha; Am4Az1 – Amalgerol 4 l ha and Azofit 1 l ha on the stubble in the fall and the spring plant tillering stage. Compensatory nitrogen mineralization promoting straw, without preparations (Rizobakt and Lignohumat) seeds and plant inoculation, increasing the total amount of nitrogen in the soil, and use complex with said nitrogen products no increase but the increase in organic carbon and humic and fulvic acids, and the recent ratio. Organic and bacterial agents using a complex (Humifiksator complex with Rizobakt and Limnohumat) after first trials showed total nitrogen, organic carbon, humic and fulvic acids quantities increase. Amalgerol and Azofit increasing the use of all soil agrochemical except organic carbon and nitrogen ratio. Preparations seeds and plant inoculation Rizobakt and Limnohumat, in addition to measures to promote straw mineralization has reduced the total amount of nitrogen, but other indicators showed a tendency to increase
