Abstract: Field experiment was carried out at 2015 in Dotnuva. The efficiency of strobilurin fungicides against winter wheat foliar diseases in cv. Scagen crop was tested. The area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) was calculated for the diseases throughout the period from fungicides application to milk maturity. Septoria leaf blotch and tan spot AUDPC index was substantially lower in the plots applied with fungicides to compare with the untreated. The best septoria leaf blotch control was achieved in Ceriax 3.0 l ha-1 and the best tan spot control – in Fandago 1.0 l ha-1 applied plots. The moderate negative liner correlation between AUDPC index of septoria blotch on second leaves and grain yield, thousand grain weight and hectolitre was given
