Abstract: In this work, the different procedures for the fabrication of Ag probes for Tip Enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) are proposed and tested. The work was focused on the technologically simple methods allowing to produce Si tips coated with silver nanoplasmonic structures and bulk metal Ag tips with good shape reproducibility
