Qualitative research revealed six qualitative categories and their subcategories covering sixteen. The participants widely talked about communication / collaboration and training (learning) implementation and evaluation. They also discussed the training (learning), the planning, the implementation and personal self-help category. It can decide that communication and cooperation in the learning process is an important element of the educational activities of Lithuanian Armed Forces. For the highest achievements in educational activity it is important to be responsible, to improve personal, specific knowledge and experience in various military exercises and workshops.
The study examines the problem of teachers' experience working with the Lithuanian Armed Forces studens, the difficulties and solutions encountered in developing this group and what pedagogical relationship arose. The aim - to reveal the Lithuanian Armed Forces instructors educational experiences. The first part deals with the concept of a teacher and the educational activities thereon; the second disclosed instructors - teachers' personal pedagogical activity perceptions and behavior patterns. The research method. The theoretical part of the work to scientific and publicist literature. Empirical study applied semi-structured interview method. The study involved three different military units of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, which did coded: XR1, YR2, OR3 instructors - teachers'. Respondents selected target selectively, as the investigation requires exceptional experience with instructors - teachers'. To comply with the confidentiality and anonymity of identity as well as the encrypted form in the scientific work described as: R1, R2, R3. The study participants' length of service in the army Lithuania on average about 12 years, working as teachers-instructors - an average of about 7 years old. All study participants in his time successfully studied and graduated from the Lithuanian Armed Forces instructors course, who themselves have been taught how to teach other soldiers. Results of the study revealed that the Lithuanian Armed Forces instructors - teachers' teaching activities primarily related to the process of full responsibility. This means, in terms of responsibility and action, which include the Lithuanian Armed Forces standards and personal qualities. Starting from simple things such as a tidy appearance, because you are an example for others to broad educational activity, which is already very important range of knowledge, experience and their presentation.
