Abstract: While modern world is changing, the system of knowledge, which is important not only for the individual but also the organization is also changing. Constantly we have to update existing knowledge, skills, abilities and life-changing swirl of controversy surrounds facing the changes we need to be able to react to them. It is influenced by experiential learning. Therefore, this study assumes that the experiential learning is able to absorb knowledge through real life experience which helps to solve problems. This study aims are theoretically and empirically investigate the experiential learning and solving problems in working life. To achieve this aim we analyze the experiential learning and problem solving in the workplace concepts and empirically explore how by solving problems logistics and transport sector employees learn. The study included 150 participants who were selected using purposive sampling method, depending on their job. Experiential learning on solving problems in the workplace was assessed by composed questionare of such scales as „Decision – making collaboration scale” (Martin, Infante, 1988) and „Work stress indicator of job satisfaction scale“ (Arnold, 2005) and as well questionnaires as „The relationships questionnaire” (Bartholomew, Horowits, 1991) and “Learnin Style Inventory” (Kolb, 1978). The results reveal that experiential learning is an important factor in solving problems arising in the workplace, and to problem solving is influenced by the emotional compatibility between the coworkers. Also, job satisfaction is associated with experiential learning and problem solving in the workplace
