There is a set of indicators and methodologies to assess the operational efficiency, but not all of them are equally well suited to assess the economic- effectiveness for farms. Agricultural activities are in effect on specific factors, with the lower face other sectors of the economy, and to assess the effectiveness of economic activity becomes more difficult. You need to choose and apply the methods to assess the current situation with regard to the specific circumstances of operation. Economic activity efficiency assessment methodology would help objectively assess economic activity continuity prospects, resource efficiency, to find out the cause of negative chantes (Tamošaitienė et al., 2010). However, in terms of traditional methods of operational efficiency is not take into account the specific factors which affects economic performance. This increases the probability of adoption at the very best, or even the wrong decisions about investment, borrowing and this can lead to financial instability. Therefore, in order to objectively assess the operational efficiency and development opportunities there is necessary to take into account additional indicators that would describe the results of performance more accurately.
