Abstract: The arlicle presents the results of water requirement of Japanese millet (Echinochloa frumentacea Link) during 2012-2015 on the loamy soils. Water requirement of Japanese Millet depends on temperature and moisture during growing season. The water requirement was established by the methods of water balance and maximum daily temperature in four experiment variants, using sprinkling irrigation equipment
