Abstract: The aim of this research was to establish the influence of hydrous Cphycocyanin extract on the development, strenghtening and productivity of honeybee families. There were formed two analogical honeybee groups – control and experimental, each consisted of 10 bee families. Bees were fed sugar syrup twice in spring, first time on April 6, second – April 16, pro rata each bee family was given 300g and 500g of syrup. A 50 pct. pure hydrous Cphycocyanin extract was additionally mixed in experimental groups‘ syrup: during the first feeding – 15 ml, during the second feeding – 10 ml. It was determined with this research that C-phycocyanin had influence for laying results of queen bee. 24 days after feeding the bees with C-phycocyanin the number of honeybee eggs and honeybee brood of experimental group increased by 27.90 pct. (P0.05) bigger amount of fat was determined in carcasses‘ dry matter of honey bees that were additionally given the preparation. On average it was obtained 15.8 kg pro rata 39.40 pct. (P<0.05) more honey from honeybee families which were additionally given Cphycocyanin preparation, comparing to control group honey bee families
