Abstract: Terms of productivity, profitability, efficiency, effectiveness, performance are often used in theory and in practice. Often, however, these terms are understood or interpreted differently. Scientists present different performance evaluation components. The main components are productivity, profitability, efficiency and effectiveness, which are connected hierarchically. The term performance can be described as a „suitcase“ term. The component of sustainability is proposed to be added to enterprise performance evaluation
