In this article was compared teoretical and experimentical vechicle‘s tests for stability. Te-stings were made using vechicles, which were regulated by UN EEC 107 regulation. The experimentical part was done with „Truck Sim“ program. This program helped to simutale extreme situations like using „Fishook“ test to provoke ve-chicle‘s fallings as a criteria using different speed limits. The results showed that „Fishhook“ ‘s trajectory was accomplished only on 40km/h speed limit. Otherwise, the bus was slipperring and wheels were breaking loose from the surface. The ana-lysis makes the conclusion that to ensure passengers safety - side stabilities of vechicles must be evaluated in complex way which could better characterise vechicle‘s and suspension‘s kinematic features.
