Abstract: The main task of the research is to analyse biogas yield of sugar beet silage under different temperature conditions. Samples of sugar beet silage have been tested in 4,5 l laboratory scale bio-gas digester at 34, 36, 38 and 40 °C ± 0,5 °C temperatures. Concentration of total solids (TS) was 16,2 % and organic fraction in TS – 94,59 %. During anaerobic digestion the biogas yield from 1 kg of sugar beet silage was 1202,4 l∙kg-1 of dry organic matter at 38 oC and 937,6 l∙kg-1 of dry organic matter at 40 oC. Average methane concentration in biogas was 60 %
