Tendency of recent years have shown that the country's youth policy formalization is only declared and young people begins to treat as a social exclusion group. Apparently the problem is actualized as a result when young people are leaving home for an independent life without panoramic approach and abilities to give meaning of their future. This research attempts to take a closer look at the problems important to today‘s rural youth, to provide the directions for formation of youth employment. This research assumes that the youth aspirations mostly are fragmentary, based on historical knowledge and does not meet the realities and perspectives. For these reasons, youth faces with a challenge of self-discovery activities and making the concepts of their performance. Therefore it is necessary to ensure the youth and adult partnerships which are formed in collaboration directions of citizenship formation, nation building, entrepreneurship fostering and dialogue of generations. Moreover it is important to young people to begin implement their ideas even in school bench, without waiting until they had finished primary school, high school, college or university
