Abstract (en)
Currently, more and more people address consultants expecting advices and help in developing business and personal career, whereas the goal of a consultant is to provide high quality service. Methods of consulting should be based on information and applied in a more precise and understandable manner, Clients and consultants should discuss and argue when frying to protect their opinion, as well as to develop tolerance to the weaknesses of oth-ers. This paper analyses relationship between consultants and clients, as well as defines both factual and interpersonal aspects of communication.
