Abstract: Research work has been performed for the maize silage mixed with salmon waste and cow manure mixed with salmon waste. The main task of the research is to analyze chemical composition and estimate biogas yield. Samples of raw material have been tested in 20 l laboratory scale biogas digester at mesophilic temperature. During anaerobic digestion the biogas yield from 1 kg of maize silage mixed with salmon wastewas 823,2 1/kg of dry matter and 966,2 1/kg of dry organic matter. Biogas yield from 1 kg of cow manure mixed with salmon waste was 700,2 1/kg of dry matter and 836,9 1/kg of dry organic matter. From maize silage and salmon waste mixture methane concentration in biogas was 69,9 %. Methane concentration from cow manure and salmon waste in biogas was 64,4 %
