The experiment was carried out in 2013 at ASU Experimental Station. Vegetative scheme: Factor A not - sprouting potato tubers, Factor B sprouting potato tubers 1. Soil moisture content of 15 %, 2. Soil moisture content of 20 %, 3. Soil moisture content of 25 %, 4. Soil moisture content of 30 %. 15 % of the soil moisture r = -0.803 indicates that the not sprouted and sprouted tubers stalks pieces are very strong negative dependence. 30 % of the soil moisture r = 1 indicates that the non-germinated and sprouted tubers stem the number of units is a strong positive dependence. The study showed that the tubers sprout brought up to a maximum weight of 15 % of the soil moisture increased their weight 39.6 g. The minimum mass brought up to 30 % moisture, moisture in the tubers increased their weight 4.07 g. The research showed that the sprouted tubers brought up to a maximum weight of 15 % of the soil moisture increased their weight 39.6 g. At the least weight brought up to 30 % moisture,in this moisture the tubers increased their weight 4.07 g. The growing experiment showed that 15 % of not sprouted tubers soil moisture conditions brought up 12.03 g. The lowest tuber grown weight - 2.5 g of soil moisture was at 30 %.
