The main objective was to identify the winter wheat yield and its structure elements, using biological preparations at different rates of nitrogen fertilizers. A field experiment was conducted in 2012–2013 at ASU Experimental Station. The soil type – Calc(ar)–Epihypogleyic Luvisols (LVg–pw–cc). The use of biological preparations increased winter wheat grain yield. The highest fundamentally reliable grain yield of winter wheat increase was obtained, when combination of biological agents Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) were used and when fertilized N140 and N160 , respectively 1.59 t ha-1 and 1.60 t ha-1. The spraying of biological agents Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) on winter wheat in stage BBCH 30, also significantly increased content of grain in spikelet, but on 1000 grain weight change had less influence. The biggest effectiveness of Amalgerol (3.0 l ha-1) and Azofit (1.0 l ha-1) was found when winter wheat were fertilized N120. Increasing rates of nitrogen fertilizers, the efficiency of biological preparations was decreasing.
