Researches on influence of plant growth regulators on pansy (Viola x wittrockiana Gams) growth were carried out from 30th June 2012 to 31st May 2013 in Plokščiai village, Šakiai district. The aim of the research is to analyse the influence of Stabilan and Florone growth regulators on pansy (Viola x wittrockiana Gams) growth. Pansies Swiss Giants 'Ullswater Blue' and 'Coronation Gold' (Viola x wittrockiana Gams) were grown in order to conduct this research. Solutions of concentrations of growth regulators Stabilan 0,20 % and Florone 0,15 %, 0,20 %, 0,25 %, 0,30 % were used to undertake the study. Pansies were grown outside. Seeds were sown in plastic seedbeds and sprouts that grew 2-3 true leaves were replanted in plastic pots that have 10 cm diameter. Universal peat substrate whose pH is 5,5 – 6,5 was used in order to do a research. The results of the research show that the usage of Stabilan 0,20 solutions of concentrations growth regulator had a positive essential influence on pansies 'Coronation Gold' at the beginning of vegetation period. Measurements of height, width of the plant and sizes of bloom were done when pansies started blooming. It was found that the usage of Florone and Stabilan growth regulators didn’t have essential influence on biometric indicators.
