Abstract: 2012–2013 m. Experiment of winter wheat has been grown in the Pakruojis district. Fields in which were growing tested winter wheat dominated by light and medium loam sod pogleyic soils. The winter wheat variety is 'Julius', 'Leifer', 'Operetka' and 'Skagin'. Pesticide residue was identified in Lithuanian Agriculture and Forestry Research Centre for Agrochemical Research laboratory. Accordancen standards: LST EN 12393-2:2009, LSt EN 12393-3:2009 and gas chromatography with MSD. Winter wheat was expected to determine pesticide residues, whereas the intensive farming and developed a number of measures for the protection of plants consumed by. study of winter wheat grains contain pesticide residues, the Lithuanian Hygiene Norm HN 54 covered: 2003 foods. The maximum pesticide residue levels for contaminants and could not be found.
