Abstract: The aim - to influence the biofuel production process heat used in the district heating system. The study object of biofuel boiler KE25-24-350 (16 MW). Examination of the entire heating season biofuel monthly averages of samples, I got that biofuel moisture content ranging from 44,92% to 49,71%, ash content of 2,24% to 4,94%. Biofuel calorific value ranges from 8273.91 J/kg to 9403.09 J/kg. Biofuel boiler efficiency ranged from 73.43% to 89,85% for the whole heating season. Boiler efficiency ultimately rests on calorific fuel, fuel moisture content and temperature of the smoke
