Straipsnyje yra pristatoma 3D objektų tūrio nustatymo technologija, grindžiama aeronuotrauka iš bepiločio sraigtasparnio tipo orlaivio. Aptariami vaizdų apdorojimo metodai, tikslumo vertinimo problemos bei durpių krūvų tūrio, nustatyto skirtingais metodais, tūrio skirtumai ir jų priežastys.
This paper is aimed to introduce technology for estimating the volume of 3D objects based on images acquired from unmanned aviation vehicles. The solution was developed by specialists from Aleksandras Stulginskis university and Lithuanian Association of Impartial Timber Scallers. Technical characteristics of originally developed octacopter-type UAV are presented followed with the introduction of methods for photogrammetric processing used. Some methodological issues faced in accessing the volume of peat piles at several objects are discussed - such as the choice of camera lenses, software and solutions for generating the photogrammetric point cloud, generating the 3D surface, selection of the reference objects in accuracy assessment. The root mean square deviation of the peat pile volumes estimated using field based GPS survey and stereo-photogrammetry were at the level of 5%.
