Abstract: It is presented different results of wear tests of nanostructured aluminum surfaces, manufacturing at Electrospark Alloying with Al-Sn electrodes at reciprocal motion and relatively low rate of motion of the counterbody from hardened steel against the sample (abnormal wear of counterbody) and under testing conditions using a СМЦ-2 friction machine (roller-plane system)
