Field tests were conducted during 2011–2012 years in Alexander Stulginskio University Experimental Station. During the experiments were compared to five fertilization variants (Table 1). The test consists of four repetitions. Reps arranged randomized. Sowing the winter wheat on 2011-09-12 has been application of fertilizer P60K60. Tillering stage (2012-04-18) fertilized with ammonium nitrate N60. Booting stage (2011-05-15) fertilized with foliar urea solution, N30 and N40. Milky maturity stage (2012-07-09) fertilizer foliar urea solution N15 and N30. Harvested on 2012-08-02. Fertilization to assess the effectiveness of: the grain yield, protein and wet gluten content in grain and sedimentation value. The results of aim shown, that highest protein, wet gluten content in grains and sedimentation value were in fields, which additional fertilized with highest nitrogen (N40 N30) fertilizers amount in both ׳Kovas׳ and ׳Olivin׳ cultivars, but the highest yields of ׳Kovas׳ were in fields, which additional fertilized with medium (N30 + N30) nitrogen amounts. The highest yield of ׳Olivin׳ were after additional fertilized with N40 during booting stage and N30 during milky maturity stage.
