Straipsnyje nagrinėjami jų bendradarbiavimo praktiniame rengime aspektai ir interesai, atskleidžiami kai kurie praktikų realizavimo poveikio aspektai.
The cooperation of stakeholders ' groups such as students, universities, companies / organizations is s prerequisite to realise high-quality study programme, i.e. during university studies to develop employabii ir. skills necessary in the labour market. The study examines the interaction among various stakeholders (object) aiming to reveal their approaches toward realization of students' practice. In this respect, the changes in university practices and different interests of stakeholders in its realization were discussed. The qualitative (survey) and quantitative (semi-structured interviews) research methods were used in order :: evaluate the quality of practice realization in two aspects — interaction among stakeholders and practice impact. The survey data was obtained from 507 students (286 in 2009 and 2221 in 2010) of the former Agricultural University of Lithuania, as well as 12 interview (7 with students and 5 with employers) were conducted in 2011. The findings suggest that the quality of stakeholder cooperation during the realization of practical training is not sufficient. The interaction is of a linear-traditional pattern exhibiting no: coordination of practice's tasks, lack of information between the university and the company, formal relations and etc. The realisation of practice and its impact formally meets the curriculum outcomes, but it does not satisfy the stakeholders, in particular - students' expectations.
