Abstract: Purpose of this paper is to analyze which tillage is the best way to grow artichokes to obtain maximum yield of biomass production. It was found that artichokes do not need much care. The best yield was obtained from the first year field, which was once accumulate. From this expect get the lowest yields, but I got the opposite: upper-15.9 t / ha tuber - 29,81 / ha. ell as the process of measuring the moisture content of Jerusalem artichoke, dry matter, chemical composition. Found that after two years grown Jerusalem artichoke is not profitable
