Abstract (en)
The article includes the research material and its analysis of the regulated stream overgrowth with woody vegetation in Southeastern Lithuania. The researches have been carried out in the Neris river basin in the Baltic height, in 110 sections of regulated stream slopes. There have been found 32 of woody vegetation, including 14 species of trees and 18 species of shrubs. The regulated streams abound in different species of willows, mostly; however, their spread on the ditch slopes is unequal. For the most species of woody vegetation those conditions are most favorable in the bottom and middle thirds of the slopes.
