Abstract: The importance of efficiency of agricultural production facilities for the development of modern agriculture is established in this article. Using analysis, new technological processes and machinery were evaluated; their efficiency was established as well. Suggestions for improving new technological engineering equipment in order to develop modern competitive agricultural production were made. The advantages and disadwantages of agro-service rendering forms were substantiaded. The premises of increasing efficiency of agricultural exploitation were established. Optimal complement of machinery stock and its exploitation possibilities were substantiaded. Economical benefit of modernization of agricultural machinery technical level was evaluated
